Your Account & Responsibilities

Individual Use Only
Each account is for one student only. Sharing accounts violates our terms and can result in:
- Immediate suspension of your account
- Loss of all progress and data
- No refund of subscription fees
How You Can Use EduSarathy

Subscriptions & Payments
Free Access
You can use EduSarathy's basic features for free, forever. Free accounts include limited tests and core error tracking features.
Premium Subscriptions
Premium subscriptions unlock all tests and advanced features. When you upgrade:
- •You'll be charged the amount shown at checkout
- •Billing is automatic unless you cancel
- •You can cancel anytime from your account settings
- •Refunds are subject to our refund policy (contact support)
Price Changes
We may change subscription prices with 30 days notice. Existing subscribers keep their current price until renewal.
Our Content & Your Rights
What We Own
EduSarathy owns all rights to:
- •All test questions and solutions
- •Our analytics algorithms and features
- •The EduSarathy name, logo, and branding
- •All website design and software
What You Own
Your test performance data, error logs, and progress reports belong to you. You can export and download this data anytime.
Important: You cannot copy, distribute, or commercially use our questions, content, or features without written permission.
Important Disclaimers
No Guarantees: While we work hard to help you prepare, we cannot guarantee specific NEET scores or ranks. Your results depend on many factors including your effort and preparation.
Platform Availability: We strive for 99.9% uptime, but occasional maintenance or technical issues may occur. We're not liable for temporary service interruptions.
Content Accuracy: We regularly update our question bank and ensure quality, but we're not responsible for any errors or outdated content.
Third-Party Links: We may link to external resources. We're not responsible for content on third-party websites.
Account Termination
You Can:
Cancel your account anytime from your settings. Your data will be deleted per our privacy policy.
